Come to DC for four days of advocacy and training

about nuclear issues!


DC Days is a fun and fulfilling event for both new activists and seasoned veterans. ANA’s comprehensive training will build your comfort level talking about our issues and our team approach ensures that everyone can play a meaningful role in Congressional meetings.

The agenda for DC Days 2012 will be packed with educational opportunities, advocacy, and social time with other disarmament and environmental activists.

  • Sunday, March 18th: All day training and team building for Congressional meetings.
  • Monday, March 19th: Press Conference, meetings with Congress and members of the Obama Administration, happy hour pizza party.
  • Tuesday, March 20th: Meetings with Congress and members of the Obama Administration, awards reception.
  • Wednesday, March 21st: Meetings with Congress and members of the Obama Administration

DC Days 2012 is scheduled during the National Cherry Blossom Festival! This is the most popular time to visit DC, so you may want to stay a day or two longer to enjoy our nation’s capitol in full bloom. Please book your travel and lodging in advance, as hotels will fill up quickly.

Registration forms and other reference materials will be posted to our website soon. However, we encourage you to begin to think about the financial costs of attending and begin to plan accordingly. Early bird registration is only $150, but ends February 29, 2012. After February 29th, registration will be $200. Student registration is $50.
